“We are just back from a holiday in Corfu which was booked through Six Star Holidays. We were very disappointed in our room upon arrival. It was very small with limited wardrobe space which I could have tolerated, but the room was basically in an outdoor basement, immediately opposite the cleaners room. We spent 24 hours asking to be moved to a different room and were eventually told the hotel was full and nothing could be done. We were annoyed as we had booked the holiday months ago, so it wasn't a last minute booking. I phoned Six Star Holidays to see if they could intervene. I received a call back from them literally within 10 minutes max to be told that another room was now (miraculously) available. We were moved within 20 minutes of Six Stars call to our hotel. Really disappointed with our hotel as I feel it shouldn't have taken a call from our agent but a massive thank you to Six Star - most impressive thing for me was they dealt with our complaint immediately and had it sorted in no time - thank you Six Star I would definitely use your firm again”

“We have just come back from an eight day holiday to Crete with Six Star Holidays. Although still very bleary-eyed from the journey, I will be delighted to write a quick review on this company, of whom we had never heard before.
We saw an hotel in Crete that we like the looks of and thus found Six Star Holidays. I did not think I would ever be able to review an internet travel agency particularly positively, but on this occasion it will be a pleasure to do so.
My experience with this company has been positive from the start. The agent (Louise) who first contacted it after we requested a phone call bent over backward to be as helpful as anyone would hope to be at the receiving end of. She 'went away' to ensure she was able to answer my questions accurately and phoned back within no time at all with all answers.
We booked this with very short notice, and the only 'negative' feedback is that the tickets were obviously posted by second class mail, as they arrived after we left. However, all documentation also come by email, so we were not inconvenienced.
The inclusive top-class transfer by luxury Mercedes from the airport to the hotel and back again was invaluable: Wow! what luxury to sit down in leather, reclining seats with a bottle of cold water waiting for each passenger. This service might be overlooked, but comparing it to other passengers' coach transfers, this was pure 6* luxury!!
The agent also asked about personal circumstances and requested appropriate accommodation at the hotel, which was obviously taking into consideration and we had a room that was perfect for us.
We may never have heard of Six Star Holidays before, but next time we want to go on holiday, we will certainly go to this company straight away. On the assumption they will continue with their high-quality service, we will know we can expect the best.
