“Superb customer service with the shoes arriving the next working day. They were superbly packaged and came with a hand written "thank you" message along with an invitation to contact them should I require any help or advice on care. Upon calling them I received a prompt email with detailed instructions and website links as to where I can find and how to use recommended care items. All-in-all I'm a very happy customer and look forward to purchasing my next pair of shoes from them. Highly recommended.”

“Product arrived swiftly...items as described... Disappointed you advertised a promo code for free delivery....I activated the popup on your website...I took down the promocode.... (thankspostie)....but on purchase your website wouldn't recognise its own promo code...so I so ended up paying for my postage.....felt like a little bit of a scam...and I will think twice when I have the option of buying the same product from potentially two retailers in the future..”

“Very good service, I received my goods on time and when, did have a query to do with my delivery and nothing to do with the store I phoned the store and they dealt with it professionally and completely to my satisfaction.. thank you very much, I would definitely use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend others to do the same..”
