“Excellent service from Six Whiting Street. Jacket ordered at 3.58pm, tracking showed it immediately despatched and en-route to the North East. 'Out for delivery' at 8.00am the next morning from the local UPS depot 6 miles away but not delivered until the following day and no further information from UPS.”

“The service of the website itself is fantastic, awesome site and great choice of clothes, navigation and design is awesome... but I had a complaint to make and asked for a change of clothes and e-mailed Daniel, and never got a reply... So i don't know where I stood with my enquiry! I needed a refund for some jeans and don't know how to do it. Cheers Luke l.barnatt@googlemail.com”

Hi Luke, Apologies for the delayed response, I have been out of the country since Thursday morning and have only just got back into the office today. If you wish to return the jeans for a full refund plrease return them to: Six Whiting Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1NX. “The delivery company had to call me to get my address,as it had not been given to them by yourselves. the only info they had was my tel no and the town I lived in. Not to sure how this has occured,as I cannot place orders without giving you all my details........”

“Product was great and as described and delivery quick. However when I received the package from UPS, the packaging was soaking wet and so were my jeans. Fortunately, there was no damage to the jeans but disappointed with how they were delivered and at risk of damage.”

“At first I did not receive a confirmation email. I phoned the next day and they picked up within seconds. Daniel was very helpful in sending me out confirmation. It turns out the previous one had just went into my junk and so this was my fault not theirs. I was really happy with my purchase. This site was the cheapest for the item I needed and also one of the very few who had the size I wanted in stock. Delivery was very quick also. Very good service.”

“Excellent online store experience, got 10% discount code as well. Ordered item in the evening and was able to pick up in store the next day. I was also given the opportunity to try on before leaving to ensure I got the correct size. The shop staff were courteous and friendly. An excellent boutique shop offering a good range of fashion conscious designer labels. Highly recommended if you're in the Bury St. Edmunds area.”
