“I get the feel this is a family run company. I ordered an Ishute 'hover board' for a Christmas present. I had concerns about delivery ties, and my email about this was answered straightaway, on a Sunday evening. I was sent all the Health and Safety info and documents as well to reassure me after all news broke about these being dangerous and loads were recalled. My brother happened to be one of the buyers effected by the recalls as he bought from Amazon, so thought we would have a disappointed boy on Christmas Day. However, I put him in touch with this company and they managed to supply a replacement. So two kids whizzing round over a Christmas! Highly recommended!”

However, it would have really helped if there had been some instructions for building the scooter and if there had been, on the website, some informations on the tools required to do so. I had a very upset boy on Christmas as we were unable to build the scooter on the day because we did not have the tools required to do so.”
