“The order came quickly but as a returning customer (and former customer of Effortless Skin) I DO NOT WANT to be sent YET ANOTHER cutsie Japanese doll and a zip-up makeup bag with yet another tote bag inside it!! You've already sent these and I am surprised that you didn't realise that. And one poxy tiny sachet of sunscreen when Effortless Skin used to send several different brand trial sizes in a parcel AND that's even when my order came to over £200!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!!”

“My product did not arrive on the day stated to me perhaps due to it being a bank holiday. My order arrived the day after the stated date. However, I am still really pleased with the service and the response I had when I spoke to Skincity on the phone about my order. My package arrived the day after the stated date. I am delighted with the product-a high quality sunscreen which I cannot get easily anywhere else. Will be ordering again.”

“I was very much impressed with the service from Skincity. My order was only a travel sized item, yet I got quick and free tracked delivery on the item. I was very pleasantly surprised by the free gifts that came with my order, as I was not expecting it. I received a free make-up bag, tote bag, serum sample and a Japanese Kokeshi doll (given as a gift to show love and friendship). I thought all of this was such a nice touch from Skincity and made me really feel like a valued customer, even from one small item ordered. I will now be ordering again and I have recommended them to all my friends (they even sent me a discount code to send my friends on their order and I would get a discount too). Top services!”
