This company is awful. The sauces and syrups all taste the same, all of sweetener. The service is terrible, almost 12 weeks for delivery and the customer service should be reported. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

I was so excited to order from Skinny Food but informs experience was an absolute disaster and I will never shop with them again. I was over charged when I told them this they didn’t care. When I tried to return the items I want able to because they are liquids. The stars in skinny food basically called me stupid and said that this wasn’t true. Even if you go into the An Post website you can see this is the case and has been for many years. I’ve never once dealt with a company that called they customers stupid. I spent €70 and wasn’t even given an apology.

Absolute rip iff. Disgusting customer service and fraud. DI NOT ORDER from hsphazard website.... That shoud have been a warning of what the compabny is like. Waited weeks for order.... Item missing... No response just automated sickly emails Then took extra £1 without permission for their 'chosen charity'. ..... I was furious i already well support 3 local charities of my own choice and demanded the £1 back...but no such luck..... Sickly crawly automated email (as no doubt theyve done this to loads) saying cant refund £1as its already gone to 'charity'. Do yourselves a huge favour.... Steer well clear of these croojs and buy products in b n m, home bargains etc etc.

Nice idea but not great. Tried the strawberry, chocolate and golden syrups and they're all disgusting. They're so watery and taste extremely artificial. Just tried to give the golden syrup another chance in my porridge and I've got the most overwhelming aftertaste of sweetener. Better to just have the real thing in moderation.

Decent service but their Syrups taste nasty, I have to question the Honey Syrup... yuk, and the Chocolate isn't much better, how can you call it what it is when it tastes nothing like it... and they leave a horrible after taste. I'm very disappointed at wasting my money.

Do not order from this company. I know 1 person who orders from them and is happy with them and based on this I made an order for my partner against my better judgement. I read the reviews online and ignored them. I made an order on 2nd Jan 2021. Waited patiently for a couple weeks, got a Dpd tracking number and was told my order would be dispatched soon. Waited a couple weeks and heard nothing from DPD or from this company about my order being dispatched. Got onto customer care they said to please have patience as they were very busy and working around the clock to clear a backlog of orders. Finally was told my order was dispatched and decided to check its status with DPD, the tracking number did not exist in their system. Got onto customer care again and they said it just have got lost. Asked a few questions and was told they'd cancel the order and I'd receive a refund. A month later and no refund still. This company cannot be trusted from my experience. Order at your own risk.

Horrible Service! waited 2 weeks for me order, never arrive! got in touch and they were like "oh your order hasn't even been placed! i will place it now!" another 2 weeks pass, no order in sight! got in touch to find out it still hasn't been replaced! 4 weeks on and no help, no refund and no order! disgusted in this service.

I placed an order from the Skinny Food Co and was excited to receive my order- it took forever to arrive, and when I unpacked it, realised that items were missing. I emailed the company straight away but received no reply. Over a month later and I still haven't been able to resolve the issue. On top of this, the products that did arrive were disappointing. It's a shame, it looked like a good company, but I will never be buying from here again!

Looks like I'm in the same boat as many others on here bought a couple of bottles of BBQ sauce & maple syrup just to try (They taste awful by the way just full of sweeteners) & found myself signed up to a subscription I never asked for. I have emailed them as well as now setting up an account & clicked cancel subscription so hopefully that's the end of it. How a company can be allowed to put you on a ridiculous subscription of bottles & bottles of sauces per week is beyond me you'd have to drink the stuff morning noon & night. I recommend people stay avoid.

Three months ago, Skinny Food was quick to take my money and still have not sent the goods. I emailed them to ask and got an canned auto response each time. They are THIEVES and LIARS. I see I'm not the only one. Avoid Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Taste like chemicals Skinny because if this is all you had their products you would sure starve Honestly don’t waste your money Not the almond milk But I invested in these and all vile Should have bought something else as these all are in the bin

**WARNING** This company auto selected the weekly subscription option when you view and add item to your basket so if you miss this and don’t change it before checking out (small print when you check out/look at the basket) they’ll refuse to change it even if you try and cancel the repeating order before it’s sent/fulfilled. I accidentally did this on an £0.89 pot of paprika, so after I got my first order they sent another one a week later and charged me £2.99 postage! I emailed them before it showed as fulfilled/dispatch on my account and they refused to cancel/refund it. I will NEVER order from them again, disgusting service, they don’t care! Also I’ve tried a few flavour drops and sauces and they all make me feel a bit sick, taste very chemically and the chocolate brownies were so sweet it tasted like eating pure sweetener, I would never recommend buying from them.

Avoid these scammers at all cost! You are not allowed to terminate your subscription! They will be charging your card till the rest of your life. Even if you change your card number they will fraudulently get it. I tried to speak to them and resolve it but no one listens they keep charging my card. I never created an account on the website so I cannot go and “manage my subscription” myself. They do not try to help at all. Fraud! Get the same food elsewhere Holland &Barrett, Aldi, Tesco you can find them in high street shops. My mistake to get involved in this.

I placed a £60 order with you on January 28th, and l still haven't received my order. Your customer service has been so poor, I have had one email in that time saying the order has been lost and that you will resend it but I still have had no confirmation of this. You are continuing to promote your products on your website but can't dispatch an order that was placed 6 weeks ago!!!
