Three months ago, Skinny Food was quick to take my money and still have not sent the goods. I emailed them to ask and got an canned auto response each time. They are THIEVES and LIARS. I see I'm not the only one. Avoid Absolutely disgusting šŸ¤® Taste like chemicals Skinny because if this is all you had their products you would sure starve Honestly donā€™t waste your money Not the almond milk But I invested in these and all vile Should have bought something else as these all are in the bin

**WARNING** This company auto selected the weekly subscription option when you view and add item to your basket so if you miss this and donā€™t change it before checking out (small print when you check out/look at the basket) theyā€™ll refuse to change it even if you try and cancel the repeating order before itā€™s sent/fulfilled. I accidentally did this on an Ā£0.89 pot of paprika, so after I got my first order they sent another one a week later and charged me Ā£2.99 postage! I emailed them before it showed as fulfilled/dispatch on my account and they refused to cancel/refund it. I will NEVER order from them again, disgusting service, they donā€™t care! Also Iā€™ve tried a few flavour drops and sauces and they all make me feel a bit sick, taste very chemically and the chocolate brownies were so sweet it tasted like eating pure sweetener, I would never recommend buying from them.

Avoid these scammers at all cost! You are not allowed to terminate your subscription! They will be charging your card till the rest of your life. Even if you change your card number they will fraudulently get it. I tried to speak to them and resolve it but no one listens they keep charging my card. I never created an account on the website so I cannot go and ā€œmanage my subscriptionā€ myself. They do not try to help at all. Fraud! Get the same food elsewhere Holland &Barrett, Aldi, Tesco you can find them in high street shops. My mistake to get involved in this.

Appaling Customer service and they try to bribe you to remove your bad reviews, for a Ā£10 voucher. Don't trust their rating.

I placed a Ā£60 order with you on January 28th, and l still haven't received my order. Your customer service has been so poor, I have had one email in that time saying the order has been lost and that you will resend it but I still have had no confirmation of this. You are continuing to promote your products on your website but can't dispatch an order that was placed 6 weeks ago!!!

I would have given -5 stars if that were possible. This company is a bunch of liars who would rather forcefully commit you to an order they have not yet dispatched instead of honouring a customers request for it to be cancelled because they advertise a 50% discount on the first order which again does not work and you only discover this after you have paid. You then approach the subject with them, they again refuse to honour the discount or make an effort to refund you the money or apply the discount on a second purchase. Stay away from thes liars and this underhanded business. Read further reviews on other sites, seem these clown have a pattern forming of rubbish products, shocking waiting times and hopeless customer service that only manages the same generic respinse. If I could turn back time I would avoid them like the plague

You keep ignoring my emails. I asked you for help 7 times now in the course of 3 months. You are replying to my public reviews just to ignore emails I send as per your requests. Each email is polite, although I do not feel you deserve it. Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I have sent all packages back and I have not received my money.

Absolutely, awful service! Ordered a moderate size of items from this company. Its been 10 days and still waiting. There is no contact telephone number to call for an update all you get is a generated e-mail with an apology for their long delay. this is an UK based company based in Nottingham delivering to London.

I ordered the hazelnut praline syrup, however I am very disappointed with the flavour/taste. Itā€™s very bland, hardly can taste any hazelnut at all. Will not buy again. The shipping/delivery was quick. Also eggnog syrup tastes ok in hot chocolate.

I wish I had never ordered from them. The goods I ordered were delivered. But now they have me down for a subscription that does not show on my account. They have sent the items to me twice more once a week, and have just emailed to say another lot are coming. This is all after I have been emailing them for the last week to tell them I donā€™t want anymore sent to me. I have sent screen shots of my account showing I do not have a subscription, they just send a standard reply telling you to deal with it yourself on your account but it is impossible. I have now spoken to my bank and put a stop on the company from taking anymore money. I want to delete my account but again there is no option to do this, so have deleted my address from my account. Awful company disgraceful underhand practise to make money, appalling customer service. I hope they go out of business as this kind of thing should not be allowed.

I ordered a one off box of skinny porridge and was mysteriously put on a subscription of porridge every month after numerous emails to the company I am still receiving a box of porridge every month this company do not reply to emails and submit people to things they dont or need stay away from them my house is full of boxes of porridge I will never use .

Unfortunately this has to be a 1 star at max. the products are fantastic, if they turn up. ordered 3 bundles within a couple of days and only one turned up, its been over a month. paid for 40 choco drops and received 3 in my box?! how does that even happen, incompetent staff. The products themselves both the chocodrops & spread are incredible. genuinely, taste amazing. the company is not worth the gamble. you feel the company is a scam and you're at risk with any purchase. its not worth feeling you are being stolen from, therefore avoid at all costs. The responses from customer services are copy pasted, lack any human acknowledgement. honestly, i wish i could order from them, i would 100% have a subscription if they could be trusted. currently awaiting a refund.

Placed order on 5th February still not received my order tracking number not working customer services are rubbish won't be using again glad I cancelled the subscription the day after I placed the order. What a scam of a company
