Last night I called sky for help with a pre booked installation as needed to change a few things. We got through to a wonderful lady called Donna. Donna was helpful, super efficient and made our experience truly 5 star!

Hello Had technical problems for months due to bad Internet connectivity to my mini boxes and spend hours talking on the telephone to the sky call centre trying to amend the situation but never worked. Finally sent a engineer out and what a professional service and fixed the situation by putting in a boaster and recorrecting within ten mins . Recommended in future get them to visit otherwise wasting everyone’s time. Finally a happy customer

I was talking to a sky engineer called Roberto this evening it was so helpful and sorted my problem out ASAP wishing I’m all the best in the future so good at his job , Colette Fennelly Ireland 👌

I just want to say how extremely happy I am about one of your sales people. Her name is Stefania/Stephania. She recently called me about some new deals with Sky as my contract ended and she was amazing fairplay! So friendly, well spoken. Just made me feel totally comfortable from start to finish. If only everyone else was like her....Thank you Steph!

We contacted SKY to discuss our mobile bill and spoke to an amazing young lady called Morgan, not only was she very helpful but she went above and beyond to explain everything to us and find us the best solution for our needs. Morgan truly is an asset to SKY and a delight to talk too. 2 very happy Taekwondo loving customers.

Earlier this evening my mini box wasn't working,rang sky and spoke to a lovely man who helped by talking me through what to check and then how to fix the problem.He was very polite,helpful and very patient as it took a while to fix! It is now working ok,thankyou to the person who helped( can't remember his name,but it was around 5ish) I can't fault the service I received,all good.

New TV not compatible with remote. Spoke today to Alex at sky & he talked me through pairing remote with TV & it's sorted no problem. Thank you Alex, you were patient, kind & helpful. Much appreciated.

After reading other reviews I felt I should give this review. My Grandads phone line went down. From ringing Sky at 10.30am on Friday, BT engineer at his front door 8.15am Saturday morning. He has a Red Button as he is 92 years old and it's vital he has a phone line. Cannot thank them enough for the very quick response up and running in under 22 hours. Well done and thank you again.

I spoke to a lovely lady in the Call Centre last night as we lost tv in my elderly mothers annex. She couldn’t have been any more understanding or helpful. Today an engineer (Sean) arrived and he spent a good hour out in the bitter cold fixing damage to a cable from some sort of vermin! Both of Sky employees are a real credit to their employers. Excellent - A very big thanks to telephone operator and engineer who helped my elderly relative yesterday in Hampshire who came out of hospital. He called me to say they fixed his problem and he was appreciative.

Can not believe the service I received from sky cancellations. Excellent yes you read it correctly. I was ready to cancel my subscription had enough of price hikes & bad communication. I spoke to David and credit where credit is due absolutely brilliant gave me a great deal better than the one I had plus many extras for a third less money, don’t get me wrong sky has a lot to do to regain customers loyalty but David from cancellations is a credit to sky if more followed his example you would not be losing customers. David explained everything in detail and spent over one hour on the phone getting me the best deal without any pressure whatsoever, his communication skills are second to none believe me when I say a hour on the phone is a long time but when you are saving £240 per year and getting a better sky tv deal it is worth it. So come on sky and make it easier to get a better deal & train more like David from cancellations he is an inspiration to your company. Many many thanks David. Terry Robinson

Customer service at it's best. Please pass on my thanks to Nathan (NRU03) Line was dead on my landline. He ran the check, which took 30 mins or so, was extremely professional and great to chat with during the check. External fault detected & engineer booked. Technology breaks and I'm very pleased that Nathan was on the line to help fix it.
