“My daughter and I both both 3 bundles each and it tangled right away. Called for a refund and the rep was rude. No refund and no hair. Never again.”

“I was expecting better quality hair than I received. It was the curl pattern and bundle weight that was off Also, the 16 inch bundle was quite thin. I can usually add layers by adding different lengths, but this specific bundle needed at least 3, 16 inches to look natural. I wasn't impressed nor would I order it again.”

“The hair is superb. I love the hair. But the customer service is terrible. I have had over 3 incorrect orders, I've paid extra for express 2-day shipping for hair that did not arrive to me for well over a week and was promised to get refunded but never was, AND I have ordered the same type of hair 3 different times, and was sent a different type of hair every.single.time. Like I said the hair is dope but know that there's a good chance of you losing money or not getting the product you paid for when you make any purchases.”

“The service I received was horrible. My hair arrived later than the date it stated when I purchased it. Also after two weeks of using the hair it turned on me and began to knot and tangle. I will never buy hair again and I will tell every person who thinks of buying hair from this company not too.”

“Hair was pretty good when first installed but a week later the hair was shredding like a dog & so tangled it was a disgrace. The hair was some sort of exotic wave & I know curly hair gets tangled but this was on a whole other level. Also shipping was horrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone nor would I EVER purchase again. And that is my honest opinion.”

“I purchased three 16in bundles to be made into clip-ins and received 3 bundles, not clip-ins. I contacted the company by email using the contact information on the website and never received a response. I made my purchase in august to be used late that month as a birthday gift to myself and was irritated that I had to find something else to do with my hair. The deal was great but the service was poor and their mistake was never corrected. If you're looking for clip-ins, beware and just look elsewhere or make your own.”
