“You guys are crooks , I never even received my hair and your "Customer Service Rep" cussed me out and called me stupid ... luckily I got my money back I had to dispute it with PayPal”

“The hair looked really good on instagram but when I got it. I had s closure that was a super tight curl once it was wet which didn't match my bundles of hair plus it got super tangled. Just gonna stick with Kendra's she never lets me down”

“I live in London England and ordered from Slay Queen Hair as I had seen wonderful things on Instagram. I was disappointed when the hair arrived not with the amazing quality of the hair but the length sizes of my bundles. I ordered a 16" frontal and 16" 18" 20" bundles. When the hair arrived I received my correct frontal and 18" 20" bundle but I also received a 12" bundle marked as 16". I didn't bother to send it back or complain as I already had to pay so much in taxes on my end it would have cost more to try and correct the issue. I would order again in the hope I received the correct items. As I said the quality of the hair was amazing.”

“I won't be getting the hair installed until Saturday. Although I have looked at the hair and love its quality thus far, no smell, and minimal shedding. I will be dying the hair before installation. If you want I can write another review about its reaction to being died. Other than that I am loving it so far! Thank you. ????”

“The hair came to me nothing like the picture. It was brittle and dry. As soon as I washed it .. it surprisingly got worse. The frontal was easy to bleach the knots. But would not corporate. When I curled left it went right. I know how to take care of hair. N this hair was a 200.00 disappointment.. I'm a single mother who never should've invested my hard earned money. I wore the hair for 3 days just because I bought it. Contacted Slay hair queen and they sent me to a customer service rep who was never there. Thanks Slay.. you slayed my money right out my pocket”

“When the he hair first came I thought it would be good but as time went on I learned that it cannot be bleached, dyed whatever at all because it doesn't last. The hair was horrible, it matted up really bad after about 2 weeks, the hair shredded tremendously and when I washed the hair it matted up so bad to the point it could not be combed through.”

“The hair quality was horrible lasted about 2 weeks and took 3 1/2 weeks to get delivered when I paid for 3 day expedite. When I called customer service he cursed me out!! VERY unprofessional I will never buy from them again!!!! So rude!”

“Terrible customer service. I paid for a frontal and 3 bundles and never received my frontal. Emailed and called to tell of these things and never got a reply. Hair is great but customer service is terrible.”

“Unfortunately this was very bad hair. My closure continued to spread/lose hair and I started looking like a person who was balding. I had to take it out and when I asked for a new one-not a refund-but a replacement; I was rudely spoken to and blamed for the closure spreading in one week. After sending tons of pictures showing the balding closure the "customer service" gentleman then said he would send me a new closure. It was never sent, I continued to ask for a tracking number/a date and was ignored. I gave up trying because it was bad quality hair anyway. Please work on your customer service and produce a quality product. The "Burmese exotic" was matted and shedded like crazy! I will NOT purchase nor recommend this hair to anyone.”

“I loved my hair. It came fast the customer service was great!!! I think they should use more of there customers photos on the Instagram and Facebook page I think it would be a good tool for bringing in more customers. People want to see what the normal people look like with the hair you guys sell not always professional installations and professional makeup and styles. Love queen Slay hair”

“When the hair was installed it was great, after a few weeks the hair began to tangle and shed terribly. I contacted the company and never received a call, refund, new hair, NOTHING. I was ignored and block from their instagram, bottom line NEVER AGAIN.”

“I have never spoken to anyone but the quality of the hair was very very horrible! I was only able to get one wear out of it! The hair was very harsh hair, tangled, And even after I wash it an condition the hair, still came out harsh an tangled! I will never buy from this company again.. But I do wish the company well thank you”
