“It was very easy to deal with Sleeps12. There was good detailed information about the property and any additional questions we had were dealt with promptly and clearly. Directions and arrival instructions were good and our 3 families travelling separately to the property found it easily. We have stayed in Sleeps12 cottages on a number of occasions and will continue to use the company in the future.”

“Great company to book through. Our house manager was superb too. Property had wow factor and exactly as described. Couldn't fault anything and will use Sleeps12 again in the future.”

“This is our 3rd stay with Sleeps 12. Each house has been very good and any queries I've had have been dealt with very efficiently by very friendly staff. I have recommended Sleeps 12 to friends and family.”

“Having booked Coat Barn over 18 months before our stay, Sleeps12 kept me updated with any information required and payments made, right up to our actual visit date. Their website was easy to navigate, making the whole process stress free. Always available on the phone to answers questions and they responded quickly to emails. A very pleasing experience all round.”

“Coat Barn is an excellent venue for a large intergenerational gathering. Plenty of space for young children to hurtle about; places for older family members to retire to for peace and quiet; very good kitchen/dining facilities; ideal swimming pool that feels safe as well as spacious; plenty of local attractions to visit. And the lady manager was very much on hand and helpful without being intrusive. It would be easy to think of coming again!”

“Holemoor Stables was a great place to stay for our family weekend. There's so much room in a beautiful setting. We loved the pool and games room. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group. The lounge area is comfy, so are the beds.”
