“The home we rented through sleeps12 was accurately described, the information allowed us to make informed decisions about our break, to enjoy all the facilities to their full potential. All our questions were answered quickly, & the whole transaction was smooth, right upto the return of our deposit.The home itself was an amazing find to spend a great family Christmas there for all generations with plenty of space & things to do, and really well equipped.”

“The property we rented through Sleeps12 was clean, extremely well equipped and fully reflected what was on the website. Booking was easy, there were plenty of reminders of when monies were due and the Sleeps12 team were helpful and quick to respond to any enquiries. Thoroughly recommended and our family will definitely be using Sleeps12 again.”

“Great website, good communication. Reliable write ups on the accommodation and what’s included. Great idea to include floor plans. The only suggestion we would have is to update the recommendations for private chefs and caterers as some of the ones listed are no longer available. We had a fabulous week at Pigertons. We would thoroughly recommend.”

“FUZZY ORCHARD Second time we've stayed and we really love the property. However we found the BBQ hut unusable due to smoke build up despite trying all possible ways to sort it. I actually think that the chimney design is incorrect as it has a dead surrounding the gathering around the hood where smoke literally billows out and makes the hut both unsafe and unusable. The Price does include a premium for the hut so we are disappointed about this. I understand from another person that the same problem exists at Ham Bottom although this was disputed by the owner when it was raised.”

“It was a pleasure to deal with Sleeps 12. They were always prompt in dealing with queries, even when they were covered elsewhere when we had not understood/read the information properly. They were easily available on the phone as well as on the internet, which was refreshing and short-circuited a lot of usual delays when trying to locate a suitable family freindly holiday home. We will go to them first when sourcing our next family outing! A great old-fashioned professional service. Thank you.”

“Friendly and helpful service on the phone. The Sleeps12 on-line booking system seemed to operate efficiently but then we became confused by queries made of some odd notes that appeared on our booking record that had no relevance and had not been entered by us. There was a period of some concern when we were notified of an organization change and then a change back again to Sleeps12. The property rented, Garden Court, was ideal for our family get-together with great facilities. Unfortunately, it is no longer dog friendly or we would book it again.”

“Had a wonderful stay in this great house. Family get together for our 50th wedding anniversary so absolutely perfect. Grandchildren loved swimming pool and games room. Well equipped lovely bedrooms. Amazing walks walked into Dorking through the vineyard lovely walk. Dogs loved it as well. All in all perfect stay and would highly recommend”

“Have used Sleeps12 a couple of times now and they have been great. Always on hand to answer any queries, and were fantastic in communicating to the owners on our behalf. Sleeps12 is a great company and they have such wonderful properties to suit all your holiday needs. Will definitely continue to use them!”
