“We were very pleased with Sleeps12 . com. Each time I rang up concerning our booking the lady was very helpful and gave us very informative information on our property we had booked and other additional services available whilst at the property Stone Cottage at Lydney. I would recommend your company and the property we stayed at. This was a special occasion and a family gathering which did not disappoint. Excellant”

“We stayed at Churchill. Very lovely modern house. We didn’t want for anything. We all loved it. The owner lives nearby and was on hand and very helpful.”

“12 women friends stayed here for a walking 5 days in the Quantocks. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. A great position for walking from the house. Enjoyed the hot tub and also the billiard table. Any query was dealt with straight away”

“Our original booking was pre-Covid and we had to move the holiday twice as the situation developed. Both occasions Sleeps 12 handled this very well for us and as we were going at a different time of year the only difference in cost was that between the original booking and the fee for the new date. I thought this more than acceptable. Then notifications as we got close to the date of the holiday were very good and questions we asked were answered very quickly. I think they did a great job all round, the property was fabulous and I would definitely use them again and book another holiday with them.”

“This has been my first experience with sleeps 12.com and I've been extremely pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff I've dealt with and to speak to real people is wonderful they are interested in my queries about details on properties etc and have gone the extra mile . We had an excellent holiday in August at the pink thatch so I've made another booking for 2024 at the shires for another family holiday. I would highly recommend this company for my future holidays having been treated appalling by another holiday company so you have been excellent. Thank you.”

“An attractive spacious house set in beautiful scenery. Our family holiday consisted of three generations, ages ranging from 4 to 68, who were fully entertained on the site and did not leave for the four days we were there. We were lucky to stay during one of the hottest weeks of August and the swimming pool was in constant use. The addition of table tennis and the cinema in the newly converted barn was very popular. An excellent location for a family holiday. Also good for dog walking!”

“I would like to praise your team at Sleeps12.com for their charm, efficiency and very pleasant manner particularly when I had phone 2 or 3 times to reconfigure rooms because of a close family death. I tried to do this on my iPad but it wouldn’t respond. I would definitely recommend you and use you again. Many thanks”

“Sleeps 12 has been excellent throughout our journey to have a wonderful family celebration in a gorgeous barn conversion in Somerset. They answered all our queries promptly and were always helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
