This Voyager smart ceiling fan is excellent. I purchased this fan from smafan.com a few months ago. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of this smart ceiling fan. The fan is quiet and the smart features cater to me. I love being able to control it with my smartphone app or Alexa. The products are in good condition, and the customer service is also great! I will recommend this store to my friend and will purchase more ceiling fans in this store if I need.

Great smart ceiling fan. I purchased a Striver smart ceiling fan last year. All worked well until last month. There were some problems in connecting with the remote. I ask customer service for help. They were very friendly to help me and sent a PCB for me to replace and with instruction. Will recommend smafan.com to others and buy more ceiling fans if needed.

Excellent look & design! Works flawlessly and the remote is easy to operate. This is my 3rd SmaFan ceiling fan purchase in 4 months, and I am a satisfied customer. The Customer Service department is proactive and very helpful to address any problems.

Due to the always increasing utility prices, I am always looking for ways to save on our energy bill. Not only are these fans energy efficient by being low voltage (24 volts), they are quite, affordable, can be controlled remotely off our cell phone, can program schedules for its operation and works with Alexa. Very please with the purchase of our 2 fans with lights and would recommend these 100%.

Updates added as of 3/2/23 I’ll start by saying that the 2 fans I purchased are beautiful and put out plenty of light and air movement once it gets going. I docked a star because when I turn on the fan with the remote, it spins one direction for about two seconds, then changes direction to go full speed. Sometimes it does this twice. Not a huge issue, but may be a strange thing to explain to a future buyer. (Update: SmaFan diagnosed the issue as a buggy circuit board type situation and sent a new board free of charge) Lastly, I ordered two of the same fan in black but received a dark wood color for both instead. I reached out to customer service by responding to one of the many emails that are sent out after purchasing that ask you to leave a review, but I haven’t received a response in the last month or so. (Update: after this review I received plenty of help and feedback from customer service. They also have updated the color descriptions, pictures and additional key words. This details of this are an example of their customer service and dedication to improvement.) In the end, we installed the fans because they weren’t far off from the look we wanted, they just weren’t what we ordered. Between that and the two quirks we’ve uncovered so far, 3 stars is where we land. (Updated to 5 stars because of the above-and-beyond customer service help).

Nevertheless, we will still do our best to serve you and solve your problems. 1. Thank you for saying that the fans are beautiful and can provide strong airflow and light. The fan rotation problem you mentioned can be solved. We will ask our colleagues to follow up and will send an email to you to deal with this problem. Please stay in touch if you need. 2. I am sorry that our ceiling fan does not have "memory" function. This makes our customers to manually adjust the fan to their preferred gear every time when turn it on. There has been a lot of customer response to this issue, and we will inform our production technology department of their urgent need for memory function and urge them to add this function to ceiling fans. I also hope this function will come as soon as possible. 3. Yes. I see you purchased two "DARK" Apex ceiling fans. To be honest, you will see that the blades are dark wood at product page,instead of pure black. Additionally, if you wanted the pure black one, you could choose that "BLACK &GOLD" one with a gold bracket. We have an obvious wood blades option for this product, which selects "WOOD" color at the store. However, there is no word "DARK WOOD" in our color vocabulary at store, so we have no idea but to choose "BLACK" as the word for color. Hope you will understand. As you mentioned that you contact our customer service, we checked our email system and mailbox, and could not find out any email you have replied to us. There is only one review invitation email sent from cs@smafan.com. If you need further help, please contact us via cs@smafan.com ASAP. We are very lucky that you can accept our product. We would like to send you two new black fans you need (BLACK&GOLD), but this product is out of stock and manufactures of this model and color has stopped. We're sorry about that. But we can still solve your existing fan problem. Please pay attention to our email and stay in touch with us. Give us a second change to make you satisfied!

We purchased a set of fans from SmaFan for remodeling our home and have been very pleased with the performance of the product, and the responsiveness from support. One of the four fans had a defective control board, however, support was able to find and resolve the issue very quickly. They're prompt to respond and very polite, I intend to do business with them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for some fans and wanting to skip the big box stores like Home Depot.

I ordered 5 downrods for my Carro fans, not knowing there were 2 options. Smafan sent me both types so I would have the correct one for my fans. Customer service was very helpful with my questions and provided a return label for the downrods that I didn't use.

Hello David. Thanks for leaving such a great and kind review for us. We have two types of downrod, one of which is universal, and the other is only suitable for our old Carro fans. We usually send out universal type one (SKU: DR14W-2) to our customers. However, there was a mistake when our warehouse sent out the packages. He sent extra 5 downrods to you and totally 10 downrods(5 DR14W and 5 DR14W-2) were sent out. We were sincerely appreciative when you let us knew this and sent the extra downrods back to us. Your active cooperation in our return of products had reduced our losses. Thanks you very much! Hope you will choose smafan again. We are always waiting for you!

The price was fantastic for a great fan. When I had an issue with the remote the customer service was prompt and helpful to send me new components quickly to fix my issue. Amber in the customer service department is wonderful. I would highly recommend this company as they stand by their products and customers!

Really wanted cool white. Website said fan had cool white, but the fan only had neutral-colored light and warm colored light. Defeats the purpose of buying it. Nice fan, but not what we wanted--wish it were more clear what color light it turns via video or photos or something.
