“These fans are absolutely awesome. I have bought 4 fans from these guys. On my last purchase, I ran into an issue with my delivery and although the delivery company was not willing to work with me, smartfans.com went above and beyond to make sure that I received my fan. They promptly replied to all my emails and without missing a beat, made sure that I was taken care of. I’m definitely a customer for life.”

“First time dealing with this company and it was a great experience. Website was easy to use, ordering was simple and my 3 fans arrived exactly when expected! I look forward to having the fans installed when my remodeling project gets underway next month. Definitely would recommend SmaFan and will use them again.”

“I got remote control fan for my carro innovator Ceeling fan . I had some minor problems with the remote but the SmaFan.com immediately resolved the situation by replacing it and staying behind it.”

“My SmaFan came early and packaged securely. Once the Fan was put together and installed it was more beautiful than we expected. All the different light options and fan speeds add to the high tech options. This is the best ceiling fan/light we have ever purchased.”

“I'm giving you a 4 but wanted you to know that the lamps are perfect. The 4 is for the slow shipping and lack of communication. When I checked with what I thought was your website via an email, it sent me to a company that charges for updates..you have got to be kidding me!!! But, the product was very well packed and I always hesitate with glass but you did a great job protecting it.”
