“It can be a bit confusing as the fan shows up as SmaFan and Carro Home. You have to be sure to load the correct app to get it to function.”

“I purchased a fan for my house and when it was installed, the remote didn’t work and it couldn’t be turned on. I contacted customer service and they were not willing to take the fan back. I told them the electrician said there was some problem with the remote. I had to purchase another fan, and the brand new one I bought from you is sitting on the floor of my garage. Will never purchase anything from Smafan again.”

“This is a stylish modern looking fan that is quiet and runs smooth. The gold-colored accent gives it a unique look. Installation was easy and the wifi capabilities are awesome. You will need to install the switch that it comes with to enjoy all the benefits this fan provides. I highly recommend this fan and would buy more units.”

“It's quite and looks great. From the smart features perspective, it can do with some improvements, Like on the fan with dimmable lights, it's set up as if there are 2-3 lights - so I have to ask my smart home assistant to turn of one light at a time instead of just turning off the light. Other than that, it's a great fan.”

“Purchase the ceiling fan from Home Depot because of the contemporary/modern look, remote, and price. It came with 2 different length extension rod, however neither was long enough-I needed 24”. Then I went on a made search trying to find an extension rod with the correct color and length. Could not find it anywhere, and thought I would have to return it. Then I looked in the manual that came with the fan and found a customer service number. Called and rep confirmed they had exactly what I needed. Ordered it,received timely, installed the fan and it looks amazing! The gold tone color is unique!”
