“I love my new Carro Byrness smart fan! It has ten speeds, as well as a "nature" variable speed fan setting, making for a calming, pleasant breeze. The cu. ft. air movement on this fan is massive yet quiet, and will keep any larger room in your home cool and comfortable. This smart fan also comes with a remote, making it easy to change speed, and even the blade direction. And the LED lighting includes both a "warm" and a "cool" setting. “Best customer care team! First my package was missing and second remote issue but it was all taken care by the customer care team- they always responded asap and all resolved! The product is modern style and very quiet with reasonable price on each product! Please consider buy one from their website! I love them with new built home !”

“Fan works great, no holes with threads for the fan blades and had to make my own threads. I’ve notified seller twice and the only response I get is fill out a survey. (Edit) SmaFan did reach out to resolve the fan threads and was in my junk folder. They were very helpful and I’ll change my review to 5 star.”

“I recently purchased this Jacinto smart humidifier from smafan.com. Yes. This store mainly sells smart ceiling fans, but don't understand why they will also sell humidifiers cooktops, and even mattresses. However, I'm thrilled and satisfied with my decision! “I've purchased 10 ice breaker fans for my home and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Customer support has been extremely responsive when i ran into problems and even replaced failed PCBs for me twice. There waere zero problems contacting them and asking for replacements after going through a few trouble shooting steps. They have the best customer service and support and stand behind their products. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and use them again in the future.”

“I think the positive experience started before the fan arrived when my wife forwarded me an email with a helpful video. When I got the fan and opened it, it was SO EASY TO INSTALL. However, like most "easy" stuff, I ran into problem. My fixture was wired for two switches: one for the fqan and one for the light. I didn't know what to do with the red wire, so I called the number on the instructions. Unfortunately, no one answered and it gave me a recording that they were assisting other customers, so I hung up. As I was googling what to do, I got a call from a number I didn't recognize. When I answered, the guy was like, "Did you call SMAfan?" I was like..."Uhhhh, yea." He apologized for missing the call and then helped me solve my problem. WHO DOES THIS TODAY IN 2023? In fact, this is the first time I have ever experienced a call back without me leaving a message. Super dope. I would buy 30 fans from this company.”
