“Waited a week to get a bad motor. 25 hp twin cylinder that has only on cylinder running. very disapointed. I installed it and it smokes, spits and spuders. The spark plugs were oil fouled so I replaced them only to conferm my suspisions that only one cylinder is running.”

“after serching the inter net for a small briggs and strattom enging I came cross SEW,s advertisrmentmade a call to them reached a represinitive Robert Fink explained what I needed,being in California made the sale, in 3 days on my front porch standard shipping back to splitting my firewood Roger”

“The Small Engine Warehouse staff are very helpfull and knowledge able. However the engine I purchased for my wood splitter (Briggs and Staton appears to be a piecee of junk. It's got the no choke built in and it starts very hard. it seems the colder the outdoor temp the more I have to pull the cord to start it. There are many times I pull more than 20x to get it started and after this and it doesn't start I give up. The technition it seems is very busy and has not had a chance to get ahold of me to see if there is anything I can do to remedy the situation.Returning the engine may be my only option.”

“Thanks Robin Mandy no thanks to Hard to reach e mails sent back can not texts so to get the Pic of box what do u want from me spent 2 hrs driving to dealer to find out they do not do warranty work as they do not get paid motor still not running yet and I paid for this aggregation?”

“We were impressed with the company’s quick response to our needs and shipment. The engine came exactly as described with zero issues. They used R&L carriers for delivery and they too impressed us throughout the process. If I could rank these two companies at 6 stars I would. I deal with shippers on a daily basis and in todays age I’m usually disappointed in some fashion, but not with either of these two!”

“Ordering replacement wheels was very easy. Received wheels two days later. Wrong size was received. Took replacements back to customer service rep. He made the correction immediately and was very courteous. Had the correct replacement wheels two days later. They fit like a glove. 👍”

“The Motor arrived the next day and worked wonderfully. The only thing I would suggest is to re-connect the gas line. Over all vary pleased.”
