“Very pleased with the service. There were easy-to-follow instructions and the set-up was very straightforward. Using the email-to-text service has proved very cost-effective, and saved me a great deal to time. The SMS Broadcast service allows me to easily alert colleagues to overtime opportunities by text, which is both immediate and convenient. Colleagues can then respond by accessing a website via their phone. No oversight required from me. Sweet.”

“I have been using sms broadcast to contact the 400+ members of my karate club for over a year now and find it is by far the easiest way for us to keep in touch. It's really easy to use and the pricing structure is very clear as well.”

“Never had a problem - good pricing, reliable service, and feedback from my customers would suggest that all the text messages are getting through on time. I run kid's classes and text messaging has proven invaluable to send out alerts for cancelled classes / changes etc, even traffic updates. My network not happy with me if I did this by group texts as I flagged up as a spammer on their system, so texting service was the only way to go - would heartily recommend SMS broadcast as a simple solution to this. Emails go astray regularly, but texting has saved us on many occasions!”

“SMS Broadcast, is just what we had been looking for. A way to keep our customers up to date and avoid any missed appointments. We find the templates very quick and easy to use. This has helped us do that. Is it fast, affordable, and we currently have had no issues. If I was to have any feedback, it would be once you have pressed send on the text, it states 'will take 5 seconds to send' I find it would be good for that to then change to 'Sent' once it has gone because I don't want to press 'send another text' unless it is still sending. Then you have the confirmation to move onto the next text. Apart from that we are very happy with the service. Thank you Hayley Reid - Designer at Arlington Interiors - Leeds”

“The small broadcast, so simple to use. It has meant we have been able to promote our event to groups of whom we would otherwise not have been able to contact easily.. Saving time by getting our invitation and information out to our customers, the option for their replies was icing on the cake for as we could judge responses for future sms broadcasts. “We have been using SMSBroadcast for about 11 months now and can honestly say that they are really easy to use, great pricing structure and brilliant service. “We have used SMSBroadcast to inform our database of Golf Pro's of the next upcoming professional Golf tournaments and it works seamlessly. It took a little while to understand the creation of a .csv file in excel but once this was complete, the system worked really well. Replies are instant and all texts go out without hiccup. Many thanks”

“Our Mountain Rescue Team uses SMS Broadcast to inform all our members about each members availablity for a callout. All memebrs recieve the callout by SMS from the emergency services system, and we each reply with our availability, this reply sends an email to trigger SMS Broadcast to distrubute the reply to all our members. Although the distrubution is not a critical thing (as it is secondary to the main callout), during the years that we have been using SMS Broadcast it has always been reliable and never missed a callout, It now acts as a backup for us to the emergency services system. We can have up to 1600 SMSs per callout (40 members to 40 members) and there is no distrubution lag as with other systems we tried that limit the number of SMS/minute. As the pricing is per SMS then we have no monthly fees so we pay for what we use, as we are funded soley by charitable donations then price is of importance. The distrubution lists are easily set up and maintained. Members can easily be disabled the re-enabled for when they are away (without having to type in the number again). The automatic top up means we can simply forget about it and get on with the job in hand. SMS Broadcast provides a valuable serivce for our memebers, and has exceeded our expectations on reliabily.”

“I have been using SMSBroadcast for over a year. We use it as a Church in various ways. We text out weekly announcements, we can share breaking Church news instantly with everyone and we can send reminders at the appropriate time to those on rotas (Music, cleaning, etc.) using the delayed send feature. If we have a problem that causes us to cancel an event at short notice like, a power cut or bad weather, everyone can be informed at once. As Church secretary it makes my life much easier. The congregation love it. It just works and it is so easy for me to send texts and people to receive texts. On one occasion I had a technical problem with one person not receiving texts. Support fixed it immediately. The address groups allow me to quickly send the appropriate message to the correct people. Thank you SMS Broadcast. Ian Foster - Mounpottinger Baptist Belfast.”
