“It’s so much easier to use than the provider we had been using previously. With SMS Broadcast I can simply copy/paste numbers from excel, no need to upload files. Their system automatically removes any duplicate numbers & tells me. It’s easy to review old/sent messages to re-use by copy/pasting or setting up a new template message. I also love the different options of showing your number to customers or just company name. Also the option to receive reply’s via email without giving out your mobile number.”

“Before joining I asked quite a few questions, and always got a quick response. When I was evaluating the service using my free credits, they even made changes to the system for me to suite our requirements, this was before I even committed to using the service.I can say that this system is the best one I have tried over the years and is also cheaper to use both in the cost of each text message and admin time in setting up and composing the messages, also replying to messages is much faster and several other nice tweaks that make the experience much more user friendly. Recommend 100%”

The only negative I have is that the opt-outs aren't handled internally.”
