First time using Snapklik as I had never heard of them until they popped up in Google search. A very good company that offer competitive shipping and goods prices especially on imports. Item delivered before expected date given, very good company.

I am a big fan of Roku products. I am from Ontario, Canada. Roku subwoofer is not available to buy anything in Canada. Google search led me to Snapklik and I am so glad I found this company. The first subwoofer I received didn’t turn on at all. I even contacted Roku support but couldn’t resolve the issue. I contacted Snapklik and they relied very quickly. Customer service was so supportive and understanding. They set up the replacement right away. The second subwoofer works perfectly. I now have Roku Streambar, Wireless Speakers and Subwoofer. Thank you Snapklik for helping me to complete my Roku System. Their customer service is second to none. I am completely satisfied with the overall experience even with some issues with the first subwoofer. The way Snapklik took care of the situation is much appreciated. It is shown as 100 ml on the website but the product that came to my house is 50 ml

Phone arrived safely and works fine . I was not expecting that the phone would be as new , so this was a very pleasant surprise and made receipt of the phone even better ! The only downside , was the lengthy time time for shipping , but I suppose to come from America will take awhile . Overall , very pleased , thank you .

Great product. Would of given 5 stars but did not know it would come with a 2 pin transformer, should of been informed US only, could of given a conversion adapter when shopping to the UK for the price the lights are.

It was with FedEx that there was a delivery problem. Last Thursday and Friday, the delivery man rang the back doorbell instead of the main door and I didn't hear the doorbell because it is defective. I had to call FedEx. I thought the delivery man hadn't come or that he had the wrong address. Today the delivery man called me 5 minutes before arriving and I was waiting for him on the porch. In addition, the package remained a week at customs. I was rather eager to receive my products.
