Within 2 minutes the agent had a total grasp of my situation and had verified that I had ordered the item from them. A replacement was out of stock but he found a substitute that I believe is better for me as well. Has not been received but I have total confidence.

I’m very impressed by the quick response that I received…”good” customer service is rather uncommon today….many companies could take a lesson from SnowJoe. ….haven’t received the item as it was only processed yesterday.

The most recent experience was great. The first time I called was also great, but the customer service person dropped the ball and I never got the return label, even after sending a reminder to you home page.
