“My most recent experience was a bit trying. The agent did not seem to be very experienced and difficult to understand. It took three-quarters of an hour to get my issue resolved. My experience prior to the last one though was extremely good. The agent knew what she was doing and my issue was resolved very expediently.”

“Well I had great customer service, friendly and respectful but the problem has not been completely resolved because the unit in need is not currently available. So the wait is on for a replacement.”
