Excellent product (Sun Joe TJ604E 16-Inch 13.5 AMP Electric Garden Tiller) and excellent customer service! The tiller is an absolute beast and I am seriously impressed! ! It is light and does an amazing job. The only issue I experienced was the safety switch would jam and I'd have to keep fiddling with it to find that "sweet spot" to allow the trigger to pull. By no means a deal breaker, it was just an annoyance. Sun Joe really stands behind their product and warranty! Christian (contractor) quickly processed my Tiller replacement. Customer service was fast, friendly and kept in touch throughout the process. I would definitely purchase from Sun Joe again. I would definitely refer others as well. Thank you, Christian (contractor) and Sun Joe!

Every time I contact you I receive different information. I am owed a replacement mower or a refund for my mower. I was told to provide you with an order number and I did. Then I was told to provide you with invoice and phone call and I did. I do not want a credit. I want a refund like I was told in a few conversations. This back and forth has been going on for too long. You are not providing me with customer service at all. I am owed $182.88 so please give me my refund for the defective lawnmower. Thank you. I had a Snow Joe rechargeable cordless lawn mower with the battery housed in the lawn mower. It would not charge and the mower wouldn’t work. When I called in May, I was offered a loaner which was not acceptable. I called yesterday spoke with Che and she processed an exchange, sent an email with a shipping label for UPS. I sent back the defective lawn mower to you today by UPS. I await the replacement lawn mower.

Had to reply numerous times by email to send information that had been sent already. The wait time for replacement is a little long, and I have not received replacement at this time, but have emails stating it is being shipped
