customer support was kind, efficient and helpful. But I didn't need a whole new unit, I just need the 1 replaceable part that broke on it. it is such a waste.

The customer service was fantastic! My machine was great before it broke, but I would still highly recommend Snow Joe because even though my machine broke customer service took care of if and they were great.

The original request to Sun Joe was ignored for months. Bur when I contacted them recently they apologized and immediately took care of my concern.

Your agent was very good. It’s your product I have issue with. Yes, the warranty period was over, but this unit had maybe 10 hours of running time on it. It was used three times total.

Love the hose. It really is what I wanted. My son in law has one and that's what made me try one after many failures with other brands. The gentleman that helped me on the phone with the warranty was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. Thanks

Just like my last review. Customer service was great. My question was answered promptly and completely. I was actually surprised I even got an answer. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. I am glad Snow Joe actually has a Customer service that actually works. Thank you.
