I bought a 2nd Sun Joe pressure washer at Amazon. After several uses, the unit began leaking water at the hose connection. I tightened & loosened the connection but the leak didn't stop (and the rubber seal ring was there). It then developed internal water leak and water was running at the bottom of the unit. I contacted customer support and they requested a video, so I took one with my phone and sent it. They are sending me a replacement unit under the 2-year factory warranty. I saved the original box & disassembled & returned it (they emailed me a free shipping label for UPS). They DO stand behind their products, unlike many others who don't care after you paid for a product (such businesses don't last very long).

Had initially ordered battery/charger package that provided a tool of my choice. The battery and charger came but the wrong tool was sent. I reached out to customer care and worked with a great representative, Julie Rebucas, who was very helpful and professional. Julie helped me with my concern and communication was great.
