The blower doesn't blow leaves like they showed on television when I got to see it work. I haven't had a chance to work with the other attachments to see if they are better than the blower. I can only hope they do work out better.

Haven’t been helped yet. I have a LJ10M wood splitter with a bad piston seal. Not yet found out if I can even buy the part. Frustrated. Tim Walsh

My high-pressure washer was under warranty and it failed after a year. Snow Joe was really easy to work with while this was under warranty. Great customer service

I had a problem with a plugin snow blower losing some pieces on the thrower part. I wrote them an email and they replaced it free of charge.

I had a problem with the Sun Joe wood shredder. Snow Joe customer support got back to me immediately and we resolved the issue quickly. They are really easy to deal with and stand by their products.

At the end of Feb 2023, my SunJoe CJ603E electric chipper stopped working properly. At first, I thought it was past the 2-year warranty but then realized it was still under warranty. I wrote to SunJoe and got a response from first Joshua Rizon. He made suggestions to try that didn't work. Then he asked for a video of the problem which I sent. Soon he wrote back that the machine was defective and I would be sent a replacement! I would receive a shipping label to return the defective machine. For a short time, the shipping label was "lost" in my husband's email trash. When I made a follow-up contact, Charlotte Senal responded to let us know that the label had already been sent. She was also a great help! Once we found the label and sent the defective unit, we almost immediately received a notice that the replacement was being sent and arrived within 2 days! It is working great! The CJ603E SunJoe chipper has been a great machine to use around our property. I have been able to quickly reduce brush and dried garden waste to great compost and mulch. It is easy to use, move, and store. The warranty coverage has been great and I am so happy to have a working chipper again. Thanks so much for a great machine and great customer service.
