The 50 foot AquaJoe hose sprang a leak after about 18 months. I had registered it, and had the receipt. It had a two-year warranty and a replacement was sent, at no cost. Phone Customer Service was friendly and was able to resolve the issue on the first call.

Explained my problem with my hose. The representative listened carefully to understand my concern. She was great! My issue was addressed and I’m very happy about their customer service. Couldn’t ask for better!

I had purchased a water hose. The hose began to leak so I contacted a company representative (Contractor: MS. BEVERLY DURAN), who readily solved my dilemma. She had my hose replaced with an upgrade! So happy with this company!

I had an issue with my snowblower and it was still under warranty. I called them and they were very helpful and I had no problems getting help and I will be happy to purchase from them again and would highly recommend this company

I called a couple of months ago to put in a claim for my 1 gallon sprayer that stopped working it is still under warranty but it's out of stock. So in order to get a voucher I need to send in a receipt. I purchased from HSN and they can't find order . So now I guess I'm stuck with a broken sprayer. I have made many purchases from sun joe but after this I won't be spending my hard earned money with this company any more, Anita Kiss

Excellent customer service. Sent my mower back that was in warranty but inoperable. A replacement is being sent back and it is an upgrade. No charge to send old machine back and no additional chareg for the replacement. Marvin in customer service,arranged this acommodation. Thank you .

I sent in a defective pruner and have yet to receive a replacement as per the warranty. I was then asked to send in a copy of the invoice for he original purpose. I did. Now I get an email to send in the pruner. I've notified the third party that this had already been done and had a notification from UPS that it had been received. This issue has been ongoing since May 1, 2023. Everything thus far in dealing with Sun Joe just appears to be a stalling tactic.
