Called Snow Joe customer service regarding my 20" shovel bottom metal strip broke off for household use less than 3 months, customer service representative very friendly and promptly replaced a new shovel shipp to me . Thank you !

So the people that I dealt with got me my replacement hose, the issue I have is that these hoses keep bursting in a matter of uses not years, so fix the design

Had a flex hose that failed in 6 months. Called in based on your 2 year warranty. CSR was very helpful. She had a replacement hose on the way within a day.

It took 3 months to get a replacement as I was told there were none to send out. Called back and there were replacements available, so tech got one on the way. In general techs were friendly and helpful.

I’ve never purchased this type of water holes and I am extremely pleased with the quality . It is compact and easy to store away, and very easy to move around without dragging a heavy plastic hose.

They did what they could with the limited information they had available. This representative did their job but Snow Joe needs to get their reps more information and make it more available/easier to access. Make investments in IT.

Not too happy - had to pay $19.95 for a box - UPS would not ship in the original box. I should not have to pay this. It was not my fault I had to ship the pressure washer back.

A snow shovel I purchased broke (the wear strip fell off and was temporarily lost in a snow pile), but it was easy to register the product online, so the customer service person was able to help me out. They couldn't ship a replacement part, so instead they sent me a whole new shovel for free.

Although the last rep I spoke to was helpful, and she did send everything I needed to get the blower running... It worked for about 15 minutes. I can tell there us power going to tge motor, but it does not engage the rotor blades. I did NOT KNOW I was buying a refurbished snowblower. It will be coming back to you.

They were quick to reply and took care of the problem BUT Im not real happy with how it turned out. The steamer didin't work. They would only give me a credit at SnowJoe and not give me my money back. I understand the policy and if I'd returned it becuase I just didn't like it I can see the credit but it didn't work. THAT'S ON YOU GUYS NOT ME. It was extra work for me to pack it up and send it back. In this case returning my money would have been the proper thing to do since it was your fault not mine.
