My first purchase failed as the hose started leaking after a few usage. I contacted Snow Joe and Christian handled my case very smoothly. I have received my new hose yesterday and so far so good.

The Aqua Joe hose failed after 2 months. The service department was terrific to deal with and a replacement hose was on the way within 2 days.

Had a problem with an electric PW. The customer service agent walked me thru troubleshooting and determines that the issue called for a replacement. I had to package my PW and return it with the label SnowJoe provided, then I received a replacement. The process took about a week. Not Bad!

Angel Planga has been extremely helpful in working to resolve my issue (replacement of a warrantied hose nozzle no longer working). Although I have not yet received the replacement item (only because the replacement sent was an empty box), Mr. Planga has been very prompt and helpful in responding to me and seeing that a replacement shipment was put in motion.

I love the Aqua Joe sprinklers, I have five. I was surprised when I received my last one and one of the nozzles was missing, but pleased when I called and was told they would send a new one. But, then I received the return email and was very disappointed to fine that they weren't going to send it until I sent the defective one back. Summers are short in Northern Michigan so I wasn't happy I had to wait for my replacement and the person I talked to never mentioned sending it back. So I called again and this time I was sent a new one. Thank you.

My original hose which was a few weeks old broke right in the middle and was spraying all over the place. I registered my hose with Snow Joe and they said they would send me a replacement to which Instill have not received. It is now months and still no replacement ? They have no trouble constantly sending me emails asking for me to rate their customer service which up to this point has been very poor to say the least.

Great experience. I got a hole in my hose. I remembered that I registered my hose for the warranty. So I went online and sent the email to file the claim. I was very promptly emailed back and asked a few details. After I responded I was very promptly replied to again that my replacement hose was on the way. They also gave me an upgraded version because of what I had been through. It arrived fairly quickly after that. Great experience overall. I was so impressed with the way they handled my claim that I have now ordered a blower and in the future I will order a power washer. They actually stand by their word.
