I spoke with two different agents. The first was a female with a very thick Indian accent and had difficulty speaking in English. She seemed to not be able to grasp the things I was telling her. When I called back, I reached a man that was easy to understand and was very helpful and got my problem resolved in 10% of the time I spent with the first agent.

I had a problem with my mower and through a few emails I was able to exchange mower and eventually charger and batteries.

The claim was promptly accepted and responded. Several emails kept me informed of when the replacement was going to be sent. It finally arrived. Thank you for taking care of this claim.

Went to return a grass trimmer that I purchased. Very unsatisfied with the product. Was told I could have one exchange for the same value. Which left me with the choice of getting the same machine or getting an electric one. Neither would be my choice. I wanted to upgrade and offered to pay the difference, they will not do that. It jumps up and down going forward on hard ground. Works better pulling it backwards. It works great on gardens that were tilled last year.If you need to till small gardens every year, it will do a great job.

Called almost a year after my first call concerning my deck washer that fell apart. I was told my only option was for them to send me a new one. This most recent experience the representative was very kind and patient and offered some consolation of something that might help but is not a deck cleaner. It was not the representative fault she gets a 5 but to be almost a year out and still not have a replacement for what I ordered I find unacceptable.

Rep. Marvin Seva answered the phone and listen to the problem with my defective snowblower. He was profesinal and courteas. Sent back my defective snowblower and within days a new one was at my front door. He said. NO WORRIES I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU !!!! Excellent Job
