“I purchased a Snowjoe Fiberhose and in less than a year, with recommended treatment, it started leaking. The jacket showed no signs of a cut or tear but water was pouring out of it about 15 inches from the nozzle. When I contacted customer service, they took my info and on the same day I received an email and I received a new hose within about 10 days. Everyone I spoke with was very cordial and helpful. Snowjoe has excellent customer service.”

“Bought a hose a few weeks ago and it burst. I filed a warranty claim and after showing proof of the burst hose it was immediately replaced. Jaycel, the rep, facilitated the claim process and was a pleasure to work with. The claim process was quick and easy.”
