I was thrilled to find out that Sun Joe offers a customer service contact phone number. Their support staff is available Monday through Sunday. I find that rare but fantastic. I was able to speak to someone and get the help I needed. It really reassured me and I am very impressed.

Great Customer Service. Called to see if I could get a part. Since there was no part available Chris Gonzales was able to start the warranty process. Easy. I sent back the dethatcher and they sent me a new one. They paid for the shipping. Very pleased.

PURCHASED A SUN JOE DETHATCHER AND WAS PLEASED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE HOWEVER, I NOTICED THAT THE LEFT SIDE OF THE EJECTOR FLAP WAS NOT ATTACHED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER A SHORT CONVERSATION THEY AUTHORIZED A REPLACEMENT OF THE DETHATCHER. MY EXPERIENCE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. WHEN I CALLED I RECEIVED A MESSAGE PROVIDING MY APPROXIMATE QUE TIME WHICH TO MY SURPRISE WAS EXTREMELY ACCURATE. WITHIN THREE MINUTES OF OUR CONVERSATION WE WERE DISCONNECTED. AGAIN TO MY SURPRISE, I RECEIVED A CALLBACK. OVERALL, GREAT PRODUCT AND EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had to get our older model replaced due some malfunctioning and the warranty was worth it! We ended up getting a newer model due to the company not selling the one we had and it came with more items. It works well and accommodates me with washing my vehicles.

It was a good experience talking to the representative. My problem can't be resolved until I send the old machine back,it's in FL at our winter residence and we're here in Pennsylvania. Now I'm wondering if the company will stand by their policy?? We will see!!

My Sun Joe lawnmower was making a funny knocking sound. I unplugged it, turned it over and found the blade had dislodged and was kind of dull after 2 years of use. I tried to find a replacement, but they were out of stock. I contacted Customer Service and they sent me a whole new lawnmower!!! Now that's what I call exceeding customer expectations! My new mower is like a new lawn mower. What an amazing company!!! I love Sun Joe. I also have a Snow Joe snow blower which I love.
