“Great customer service. I'm not so sure about the hoses. Great concept, but poor execution. They sent me new ones, and I will try them and see if they get better flow than the first set. Or I might have to go back to the old fashioned kind of hose.”

“The experience with staff was good. But it was a disappointment that the first snow joe didn't work and I was put to the hassle of sending it back and reassembling a new one. As there has been no snow since the new SJ was sent, I will have to wait until next year to learn if the new SJ works properly. Thus, the total experience with SJ is still out for conclusion.”

“The detergent selector switch and fitting broke on Ty pressure washer. I sent the whole unit back using the the prepaid ups shipping label. Within a week, I receiv3d a whole new unit. Excellent customer service!”

“Your return policy is unmatched. I try to order only replacement parts so that I can repair the unit myself and avoid trashing it. SunJoe offered a replacement unit, no questions asked. Good communication also!”
