“Sun Joe was about the best company I've ever dealt with in regards to a warranty issue. They had a replacement power washer to me 3 days after I dropped off the defective one at UPS! Great customer service, thank you@”

“Customer support offered to send new mower since they could not say how long it would take to get safety key, which has been on back-order for quite some time. I did not feel right about getting new mower because I lost the key. Used a "butterfly" paperclip in place of key and mower now runs.”
