“The 50 foot AquaJoe hose sprang a leak after about 18 months. I had registered it, and had the receipt. It had a two-year warranty and a replacement was sent, at no cost. Phone Customer Service was friendly and was able to resolve the issue on the first call.”

“Excellent customer service. Sent my mower back that was in warranty but inoperable. A replacement is being sent back and it is an upgrade. No charge to send old machine back and no additional chareg for the replacement. Marvin in customer service,arranged this acommodation. Thank you .”
