NOTHING THIS PLACE HAS SENT ME WORKS. THEY ARE GOOD WITH WORDS AND EMAILS, THAT'S ABOUT IT. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY, EVEN THOUGH EVERY REPLACEMENT THEY HAVE SENT ME DOESN'T WORK. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNJOE. MY NEXT STEP IS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. NO ONE SHOULD BE SELLING THIS STUFF. WE, THE CONSUMERS DESERVE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!!

I received a hose as a gift. It was defective. I called the company. The rep registered the hose for me and then sent me a replacement hose after registering the new one. Thank you Snow Joe

My hose acquired a small hole in it. I communicated by email. The response was fast. My email was sent about the end of a business day and I received a response the next morning. I sent pictures and a new hose was sent. I received the hose within a few days. Very happy with their customer service and the way they stand behind their products. I use the aqua joe hose in my backyard and front yard. I love how easy they are to maneuver and store. I especially love how much lighter they are than a regular hose. Highly recommend their products.

Very helpful the second time. Actually looked into the issue and processed the replacement. This works so much better when one talks with an actual person instead a chat box. They are useless.

Haven’t been able to use our snow joe shovel due to something wrong the first time trying it . Took 3 emails and 4 phone calls and over 6 months to get it replaced being purchased the 2 year warranty and had to get an extension.
