I own many snowjoe and sunjoe products. Quality at affordable prices. I have never had to use your warranty until now and I just say I am fully impressed with how painless the warranty process was. Your company truly honors your word and stands behind your products. Thank you for being respectful and kind to me - I thought it would be more of a hassle than it was to get replacement parts under warranty. You guys rock!

In fact all of them (two ladies) answered the Two phone calls , they were very patient and listening to the problem in detail and then they send me a detailed procedure by e mail to follow it , maybe the machine could spin , in fact after doing g every thing as per the procedure the machine didn't spin at all , at that time I recalled back and mentioned every thing to them, they told me we will put your name on the waiting list because they don't have the same machine on stock now. They were very helpful.

I contacted Snowjoe in regards to a snow shovel warranty. My email was answered by Jaycell and she was on top of it. From the moment she replied, she had the warranty replacement sent out immediately! Excellent customer service. I have recommended your shovels and have had several neighbors here in Mi Wuk Village Ca purchase several of them.

I reached out to SunJoe having a problem with the hose on a pressure washer. Instead of helping with the hose they relaced the entire machine! Really impressed with the customer service! Thanks

ticket # 2236965; why should I have a Sunjow cordless chain saw? I used it for a few months; 5-7, in '22 then went on travel to Europe for 5 months, thru Feb 23. Just before I left, Dec 22, the saw would not send power to the sprocket to drive the chain; but, the battery showed 3 lights; so, it seemed to me that the battery was the issue even though it showed fully charged. OK I'll look into it when I return early March 23, 5 mounts later! just before I returned to Vrginia I ordered a new cordless saw, the same model SunJoe as the one I had. The new saw will not work with the fully charged old battery. I have returned that saw. Looking for diffferent companies saw.
