Issues were regarding one of our Batteries. On review and tests, Snowjoe advised they would replace our existing snowblower.

I had to contact customer service because on Amazon.ca, which is in Canada and as a Canadian who has recently discovered SnowJoe and SunJoe, there was an item whereas the picture of the item did not match the description of the item. It was the combo air pump and air inflator. The issue was that the picture shows a Hardcase for the air pump with the bundle and in the description, it says storage bag. Turns out you don't get the Hardcase. There are several reviews stating this fact. So after contacting Customer Service, although very quick to respond, the agent didn't really understand where I was coming from. But after finally understanding me and after several emails back and forth, I was told that they are not responsible for third parties that post misinformation for their product. So were talking about Amazon here. I just basically gave up. I guess as long as I know, that's all that really matters. I will still eventually get this bundle for myself, but I also have to justify the price point up here in Canada, so I will wait until it is on sale and available here. But still really quick service and I do have other SnowJoe products which work very well and am happy with. Hopefully I will continue to add to my collection over time.

Sunjoe Tech support was helpful, but overall I am disappointed that the parts I needed to fix my snowblower are not stocked by Snowjoe and have not been in stock for over a year! Belts are basic maintenance item for most snowblowers and its really unacceptable that these commonly needed wear items are not available.

Surprisingly tone deaf and ill informed representativesto assist with product support. Bought a new spotlight, received with defective battery which discharged after being fully charged by me with no use in 3-4 days. Contacted Snowjoe and representative asked that I provide a video demonstrating the problem.....huh ? This is a standard tactic with Snowjoe. I asked them to explain how I should video a faulty battery that discharged by itself over a 3-4 day period. They finally agreed to replace the battery. Not sure why a customer has to be subjected to this BS just to be provided with the properly functioning equipment we purchased. Problem is in process of getting corrected for which I am thankful.
