Your representative Jessie was terrific! Understood the issue and was very patient with me getting all the info needed pulled together .. including a picture. Registered product warranty and ordered me a replacement that arrived in 2 days!! It is perfect. Highly recommend .

I'm very impressed with your warranty and the representation I last worked with, the one who approved the warranty replaced. I don't think it's fair to leave a perfect review yet because the process isn't done yet, I haven't received the replacement pressure washer yet so, as soon as I do and the process is complete, I'm happy to leave a stellar review.

This experience is so much better than the previous experience. I bought an 8" battery operated Chain Saw in late March. It did NOT work. I called to get HELP. Customer Service & Technical support was terrible, to say the least. They offered NO suggestions to check out the saw. They did not have a replacement for the product. But I could have bought it at Home Depot or HSN. Finally, they are going to replace the product with a 10" Chain Saw. They will send it to me when I get back from vacation at the end of this month. Then I can return the nonworking product. Meanwhile, I paid for something that does not work. Hope for the best.

It was an outstanding experience. I was looking around for the best detacher and saw a lot of positive review for this one. I was excited to receive it finally so I can get my lawn ready for the season. Sadly, the equipment broke while using it, I contacted Sun Joe and asked if I could purchase a replacement part for it. Since it was still under warranty, the customer service representative didn’t even hesitate with replacing my unit. The process was fast and for that I am a forever Sun Joe/Snow Joe customer. Thank you so much. Now my lawn is GREENER than my neighbor’s.

Had an issue with the pressure washer. Customer service is sending a replacement once I send back the non working system. I would think it would have been better to send the new unit first, them I could place the broken system in the box that was received. If a customer does not send the old system back, then charges can occur. Incentive for the return. Otherwise very happy with customer service.

I purchased a water hose. It started leaking within six months of use. The device has a two year warranty. Multiple back-and-forth emails before I received a response. Three weeks have gone by I still have not received my replacement hose. I tried to reach out to customer service. Did not receive a response. But was offered to complete the following survey. I still have not received my replacement water hose.

I had to repair or replace a SnowJoe mower as it didn't work. Christian Gonzales was very helpful and gave me instructions to follow in order to return my non-working unit and receive a replacement. I was surprised at the cooperation I received.

I had two recent interactions. One was about my brand new lawn mower that showed up repackaged in a brown box, either a return by other customer or a refurb sent to me for a purchase of a brand new unit. All I was offered was 6 months warranty extension which I still find unacceptable. Or to further inconvenience me and deal with a whole return process and having to wait weeks before having a lawn mower in summer. That interaction I would rate as a zero star if I could. The second was about 2 of my batteries that stopped working. I was lucky to have an understating rep on the call and that was dealt with quickly and in the very efficient experience I have always had with sunjoe. I would give that interaction a 5. Average of bought would be 2.5 so I rounded that up to a 3 start because of how bitter I still am about receiving
