I bought a 25 ft.garden hose. It sprung a leak within 2 weeks of use . MJ was my customer service provider. They got the hose replaced quickly.

My water unexpectantly began leaking badly at the connection to the faucet (underneath the blue rubber). When I asked for a replacement, all I had to do was provide pictures. I immediately received my replacement and my warranty is still good. Service was fast and polite and I received my new water hose just days later. THANK YOU!!!

I bought several of the Sprinklers for a couple houses and 2 of them quit working. The Customer service rep was terrific and they replaced both of my sprinklers without hesitation. Great Company!!!

I wasn’t happy with the product because I had only used the hose about 6 times. However, my experience with getting getting the product registered and in turn giving the info for a replacement was handled with knowledge, and the advisor that looked after me was professional and pleasant.

Hi Sun/Snow Joe, I recently called in b/c one of the parts on my pressure washer suddenly snapped off due to rust/corrosion. When I called in the gentleman was super nice and helpful- I have no complaints there- and he quickly offered to send me a new replacement part, but...I wasn't sure that he completely understood WHICH part I was referring to, as he kept referring to it as the 'wand'. Then when I got a confirmation email, it showed the actual part that he placed the order for, I was correct- he sent the handle of the power washer, not the long metal tube, that the tips attach to- which is what actually failed. So I snapped a few pics and responded to the form letter showing what was actually in need of replacement- but still haven't gotten a response yet.

Currently own two Snow Joe products. Both are great. Had an issue with the most recent purchase, and contacted Snow Joe asking about replacement parts. The customer service was excellent. Went above and beyond to understand my issues and the staff were thoroughly professional throughout. With customer service like this backing up their products I would definitely purchase from them again.

I missed something in my instructions on my new pressure washer and damaged the unit. I decided to call and see what I needed to do to fix the unit and they kindly replaced the unit with a new one!

When we had problems getting our Sun Joe to use the soap, the person from Sun Joe was more than helpful. Since it was still under warranty, they sent us a replacement as soon as we returned the old one. Very pleased. Thank you

My hose got a leak and I called and they replaced it. Very good customer service. They sent a new hose in less than a week. Would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased an SPX3000 pressure washer in October, 2022. It recently stopped working. I contacted Sun Joe for customer support. The response was probably the best I have ever experienced. The short version is they paid the shipping cost to return it, and then sent me a brand new unit! I couldn't be more a more satisfied customer.

I called because I bought an aluminum water hose that became defective. I had to call a few times because I didn’t have model number and serial number but on the 3rd call I was able to text the receipt from QVC to person helping me and she helped register the hose I had purchased that was defective and then replaced the defective hose with a new one which I received today. Yay
