We purchased these towel rails on behalf of our client who sourced them directly from you. Three towel rails are faulty. The screws supplied to fix them do not go in the thread on the towel rails. One towel rail had no screw thread at all to one fixing point. Our client is liaising with you directly on this. Also, we were offered a discount at point of purchase which was specified on your pro-forma. When we eventually got the VAT invoice we noticed the discount was not applied and we were charged the full amount. I have discussed this with someone in your company today and am awaiting a refund. Overall neither we or our client is happy so far. We hope the above can be resolved satisfactorily. Regards Peter Georgiou Mastertek Ltd

Bad communication. We waited for deliver all day at home No one came then when we called them they said items will deliver on Monday which we were away that week. Then we had to cancel all ordered. Also you can find same items on eBay cheaper

Soak failed to deliver 3 Times in a row, which was upsetting. After 2 weeks I have just given up and ask for a full refund.

I was happy with the radiator but very unhappy with the delivery service, paid extra for next day delivery but it failed to arrive, when called to find out why they didn’t know apologised and said that the delivery fee would be refunded and gave me the telephone number of the delivery company to find out what had happened. The radiator arrived two days after the original date which put my schedule out. I called to check if my delivery fee had been refunded and it hadn’t and that was rectified. First time using Soak not to sure if l would use again.

I didn’t buy this but bought the Trent 600 mm sink unit.. I sent in a form last Friday detailing the damage on it when it was received. Soak emailed that I would receive a reply in 48 hours. I’m still waiting.... soak Dear , We have received your message And will contact you soon You filled the contact form on our site with the following info: Subject of your query: Damage Product code: 'Trent 600mm wall hung vanity' Order number: 2419386 Additional comments: Hi I received my Trent wall hung vanity last week but upon opening there are several bits of damage which I have photographed. The chipboard vase is cracked where the fixing has been tightened too much and a similar crack in the internal shelf.. I have taken photos. There are also no fixings or instructions as to how to secure the unit to the wall

They have not responded to my complaint about the damaged unit. The unit is in poor condition with cracks but I would wish a replacement

It did not make us happy. Your delivery subcontractor is useless. Their tracking system does not work. They did not advise us of the delivery day. Consequently they would arrive when we were out. They leave a number to call which always has a recorded message. The whole thing was a mess.

Process for ordering was straight forward but the whole experience was a let down because of broken items delivered due to bad packaging

The radiator itself is great - the valves failed and broke as soon as the plumber fitted them

Product was fine. However, soak delivery was over a week later than specified. Emailed customer services and had no reply. Was about to get heavy handed about four days later and the radiator turned up. Thank goodness we only ordered a small towel radiator. Would never order with them ever again.

Whilst the person I spoke to was very friendly and apologetic there was no follow up and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Really poor customer care, low quality products with numerous small defects. VERY unlikely I will ever be using Soak again (which is a shame as I was looking to get some new bathroom items from you) but this experience has left me very disappointed.
