Did soak.com make me happy? Not really. This is the second item I have ordered from them and the second time I have had to contact them because the item was taking unacceptably long to arrive. Will I be placing an order for a third item from them? No, I'm done with soak.com

I am Happy with the product but not so hppy with the customer service side as I submitted a question regarding Black Friday sale and am still waiting to be answered,, not good service st all to not even receive a reply

They didn't Customer service was utter rubbish. Took them ages to reply to my emails and when you pay for premium expedited delivery you should be given a shorter time window for delivery, not an all day time window. Change your courier, as I will buy elsewhere with a reliable predictable courier service,

Advertised free delivery for spending over a certain amount...turns out doesn't apply for certain areas which you only find out when faffing about with the online payment section. Not good, misleading at best and no response from customer service regarding this. Only reason I used soak was that I liked the product being sold if I could of got it somewhere else I would have.

Delivery was supposed to be 2-8 days but my valves were delivered on day 12 and the radiator was day 13. I never recieved any information on the deliveries until the day of the 1st delivery and had no information about the second.

china basin despatched in an unpadded cardboard box, inevitably arrived in a thousand peices, along with a cabinet that had been transported upside down and dropped. Took four phone calls, totaling over an hour, to get a replacement sent out. wasted my time and delayed the completion of our bathroom. Not happy

After Sales service was appalling. Returned My item at my own expense within the 14 days of purchase . The item was tracked and signed for at the Soak warehouse,the next day but 21 days later I have finally been refunded but not for the full amount . Also no email explaining why i have not got a full refund my purchase . Poor really

After sales service non existent. Despite me leaving a message on your web page and sending 2 e-mails regarding a quality issue I have with the radiator I recently purchased from you, no one has contacted me to discuss. Also, no one answers your telephone.

Paid for next day delivery on a friday. After several phone calls the next week it arrived 7 days later. They did refund the delivery charge but it caused a lot of inconvenience with the bathroom fitter.

No problem with the product, but Soak's standard delivery service is expensive and very poor. Product was in stock, but only shipped at the last moment to meet their delivery promise of 2-8 working days. So it could have come sooner, but arrived on the last possible day. Royal Mail 2nd class signed for would have been cheaper and faster.

When I progressed the order I was given a longer delivery than I was advised and it takes ages to get through to customer services which I have had to do several times to chase the credit because I cancelled the order.

Not very happy as I paid extra to pick my delivery day, and it didn't arrive until the following day. Was told my delivery charge would be refunded.. still waiting!!!!

I was supposed to take delivery of my bath on the 7th Dec but was never informed that the bath was not coming until I phoned after several attempts to get through as it was constantly engaged. I have been told I will get the bath on the 11th Dec and that my delivery charges will be returned to my bank account. I asked for a confirmation email about the new arrangements but still have not received this either. All went well with placing my order but until I have the bath I cannot comment further

It Didn't. No notification of dispatch. I had to chase, no response. Goods just turned up. Goods OK, poor communication.

The items I bought were good but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. I spent 45mins waiting for my call to be answered. Extremely unhelpful refund/exchange service. I was expected to find my own courier to return a bath tub! (exchanges are not offered). I was not able to find one. Very poor delivery service. They did not contact us with a time slot and instead left all of our items on the pavement. Was not able to make a complaint to the company as this is not offered on the website. Honestly, due to poor customer service, I would not recommend.
