“I am still waiting for 5 items from my order which were not delivered. I raised this with Soak straight away on the day of delivery but no progress has been made by Soak in getting my items to me and this is costing me money as I have tradesman on site waiting for the items.”

“We might have been happier with Soak (& potentially spent a lot more with them!) if their online measurements & information had been more accurate. We kept, rather disappointingly, finding out that measurements weren’t as expected when getting to the point of purchase and had to then go elsewhere for various items.”

“Sadly using Soak for the first time has cost our office a great deal of stress. We picked stock based on what would be delivered to a time frame so that we can book in a gas engineer to upgrade our heating system. When you use soak’s website it states which stock is available and the dates you will receive them. When the delivery arrived sadly several items did not get delivered. No information was given to us and when we called them the service team stated that the items were not in stock. We would not have placed the order if this was the case. You offered us 10% as a gesture of good will but that’s wasted as we sadly will not be using your services again for either us or our clients. It has cost us another day of mess in the office and having to pay the engineers for wasting their time. You really should let any buyers know if something is not in stock and discuss it with them before you accept the order and charge them.”

“Overall the purchased of a bathroom suite was good. But communication was very poor. I ordered a Towel radiator as part of the order. Only to find out it was out of stock after the delivery was made. No emails, calls. Not even the delivery driver knew. But still expected me to sign for a “complete order”. Had to call twice for refund of item.”

“Soak.com didn't make me happy. I have placed an order and heard nothing about it. I've contacted the company asking for an update and heard nothing either. Not exactly great customer service. They were happy to take my money quickly enough though.”

“They ruined every order I made with them left my builders with no work for 2 weeks after ripping out my whole bathroom. I received all the wrong parts to any purchases and still I have no refunds and have still not been contacted by a manager.”
