The sink in our delivery was smashed, ordered new one which was also smashed, ordered 3rd one which, you've guessed it, also smashed, at this point our builder was charging us by the day so we had to pay 2 extra days for delays and still ended up having to go out and physically buy an alternative that didn't match our suite exactly. Would not recommend.

They hide information on products, when you receive the unit you find out that things are missing in order. On top of this the delivery service of soak is a rip off and con, they offer free delivery on a £550 order only if you wait for over 8 days. If you want something within a few days then you need to pay a silly amount of £40, its pretty ridiculous.

After reviewing your case, I can confirm that the express delivery was paid for. As the order did not arrive on schedule, I have refunded this delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, which may take between 3 and 5 working days to appear back in to the original payment method's account. Our courier offer a free delivery service for orders over £399 which will give you a bookable service (calendar) or a standard 2-8 working day delivery service, dependable on the weight and size of the items and the area that they are being delivered to. In regards to your missing items, I'd be happy to discuss this in further detail should you believe that your order is incomplete. Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. No real complaints , just the instructions for some one, who does not fit all the time took some working out with just pictures ,which some parts do not look the same as in the pictures.
