A good website with a good variety of products very pleased with the quality. Just to add when I got the text to say it was being delivered the next day and I had up to 21.30 that night to change the delivery date if it wasn't suitable, which it wasn't it was still delivery on the original date, lucky I was in. The driver left all the goods on the door step in the pouring rain and asked me to sign. He didn't ask where I would like my goods just went.

AJ was very accommodating and helpful in amending an order I had already raised a few days before. She communicated very well and kept me informed at all times. Very easy to deal with and great quality products on offer.

I paid for express delivery to have it Monday as my electrician was booked but it didn't arrive until the Tuesday -They have NOT refunded my payment for express delivery. Disappointed to say the least

I was extremely disappointed after what seems like a promising start - Rhys promised me faithfully that the delivery would be booked for the following week ( my order placed on the Tuesday was conditional of this fact being agreed) and that I had until Saturday to add to my order. I was then rather surprised to see receive a text from parcel force to tell me the delivery was arriving the wrong week when I was at the opposite end of the country. Soak only notified at the end of the day that my delivery had been dispatched and when I made contact to Soak via email they wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a response. Unimpressed!

I don't think you should be asking me to write a review when I have yet to receive the products that were meant to be delivered yesterday. One of my radiators didn't even make it out of your warehouse and only because I called did you even know this. I received 2 vales and sets of pipework yesterday but no radiators. I had to cancel the plumber who had been booked in today to fit the radiators and because of this i might have to wait nearly three weeks for him to be free again. I was told one radiator would arrive today but received a text message for the delivery company to expect it tomorrow. It's all been a complete disaster and I'm unsure if I will use Soak again which is a shame as we were planning on purchasing some new bathroom furniture from you for our house renovation. I will follow this message up with a direct email to your customer service team.

first I was not happy because products didn't come on date of arrival, but this was because goods were damaged by the logistics company, I called and send new products 2 days later everything arrived.

I'm happy with the products but the communication was a joke. Received an email saying the toilet was out of stock and will be delivered on another date. It was still in stock on line and when I called it was still on my delivery. Didn't receive notification of delivery so had to call and ask. Was told Wednesday but it came on the Friday before. Received an email on the day of delivery at around 11am saying my delivery will be between 7am and 6pm. Email was 4 hrs too late, good job it wasn't delivered at 7 as I wouldn't of known about it?

purchased a shower suite online delivered on time but with parts missing waste pipe pop up waste for sink phoned them right away they refunded the items would i buy from again yes! but would check prices of accessories a little expensive but good overall

I ordered a heated towel rail and paid extra for next day delivery. I telephoned the following day to try to find out about the delivery and was told the product was out of stock even though they took payment. I had a plumber on site working on the bathroom who was trying to plan out the work, this caused a lot of problems as we had to find another product and get it quickly. They weren't so fast paying the money back either. Getting an apology was like getting blood out of a stone. Shocking service.

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever used. Avoid. Spent nearly £2000 with them and after 3 weeks they still can’t replace a radiator and pick up the wrong one they send on the first order. I have taken 6 days off work for missed collections to missed delivery or replacement radiator. Had 10 phone calls, all useless people. Still waiting for it to be sorted and to get the correct radiator I paid for nearly 4 weeks ago.

I have not been made happy. I placed my order on 21st January, and phoned on 25th January to enquire about progress on delivery. The person answering my call had a great deal of difficulty in tracing my order, despite my providing the order number, my name, my full address, and the delivery address. When the order was eventually traced I was told to expect delivery by 1st February, which is much later than I anticipated. This review is written on 29th January.
