“I was disappointed to find the parcel I ordered left my my back gate without being signed for! Luckily it was still there when I got home. There was a scratch on the product when I got it out of the box but I believe this was down to the delivery rather than Soaks fault”

“If everything goes right it is good value for money but if your produck arrives damaged as it was in my case it is absolute nightmare. Do not even want to go into details as I do not want to remember it that's how bad it was. Eventually got send replecament but after long and painfull juorney. Most items are of good quality. My waterfall tap oxidised though within TWO weeks, totally unacteptable.”

“Ordered two bathroom suites from Soak. The toilet cistern arrived totally smashed, it took 3 phones calls, 5 emails (not one response to an email) and 7 weeks before a new cistern was sent out. The soft close toilet seat did not fit the toilet and the waste push close for the sink was the wrong one. Shocked at the terrible customer service. Would not recommend nor be ordering from them again. Order at your own risk but if you have builders in like we did then allow for delays because there is no quick rectification on their part!”

“Bought bathroom furniture c/w basin, toilet pan cistern etc. Discovered a defect that could not be detected until after installation . I did have difficulty contacting Soak to discuss but once I did a replacement was promptly arranged without any problems. This went beyond Soak T&C's so I was surprised and relieved. Unable to say that this would always be the case but from my experience i can only recommend.”
