Having looked into the order further, I can confirm the radiator has now been received back. The refund has been processed for you for the amount of £80.99 the refund should now be back in your account. Bath tap much too small. I am recently widowe and know little about size of pipes and no one to check my ordering . Had the tap fitted but it takes 25/30 minutes to draw even a 5 inch bath. Looked OK on website , but don’t think it is fit for service for me. The actual postage and packing /response time from soak very good.

The product is fine and the service from Soak themselves was also OK. They are badly let down by their logistics partner, DX Logistics. They didn't deliver 3 out of 11 items but later claimed to Soak they had delivered 10. That was a complete fabrication of the truth by DX Logistics as they called me shortly after the first delivery and said that 1 items had been misrouted to Swansea, 1 was broken so they didn't deliver it and they didn't know where the other item was. So it was actually impossible for them to have delivered 10 items. The broken item was reordered and delivered OK. The 2 missing items were reordered by Soak but only one turned up on the day it should have. The other arrived a day later, the driver said it was put on the wrong truck. That means there were 4 deliveries for the order and about 5 calls to Soak by me to try and sort it out. Not acceptable, suggest you get a new delivery partner!!

Delivery has been a nightmare due to incorrect item being sent out and after Chase up emails to sales we are still awaiting refund

I paid additional de!livery charge for a specific delivery date. The delivery e Was not T made. After telephoning and getting through to discuss this I was informed that you would ring me back to give me and update on the problem. No phone call. Next day I telephoned again and informed it would be delivered that day between 12 and 2. Again no delivery and no message received. I received the delivery 3 days later. No explanation or apologies.

You didn't. Not happy....... Deliver items as ordered, package goods better. Returned items I did receive as had to reorder from another supplier and still waiting on my refund.

I had to cancel order due to absolutely disgusting treatment at the hands of your chosen delivery service DX Delivery. I am also still awaiting a refund.. Not impressed at all.

Sink unit arrived damaged, contacted soak.com and waited 10days for replacement (after chasing it myself), very poor afterservice from Soak.com. Happy with Vanity unit quality and value for money

The suite I ordered was fine and looked nice once installed. However have had so much trouble fitting the concealed cistern. The components seem to be cheaply made and after calling soak.com several times it took nearly two weeks for them to get back to me with a troubleshooting guide. In the mean time I purchased one from screwfix that worked fine. Not sure ill be using soak.com again.

When the items ordered are not damaged or parts missing the quality is good. Yet to be convinced by the whole experience from sales to after sales ?

It would help if you send proper VAT INVOICE with order. i sent a request for invoice twies i steel did not got the VAT INVOICE.

We purchased these towel rails on behalf of our client who sourced them directly from you. Three towel rails are faulty. The screws supplied to fix them do not go in the thread on the towel rails. One towel rail had no screw thread at all to one fixing point. Our client is liaising with you directly on this. Also, we were offered a discount at point of purchase which was specified on your pro-forma. When we eventually got the VAT invoice we noticed the discount was not applied and we were charged the full amount. I have discussed this with someone in your company today and am awaiting a refund. Overall neither we or our client is happy so far. We hope the above can be resolved satisfactorily. Regards Peter Georgiou Mastertek Ltd
