Stuff look good but reality is that toilets doesn't function as they look . Sink waste pipe was rubish . Tall unit fixing we received less .

On first delivery the basin arrived broken (inadequate packaging), then on send replacement basin you sent the wrong item! Then no follow-up to collect the wrong basin and when I called to enquire I was told to dump it. Not exactly environmentally friendly.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, but the first delivery was damaged and missing the sink of a sink unit, the replacement sink sent was also damaged. We finally received a complete, intact, item but have had two sets of broken items to dispose of and it delayed our building work. Customer services were very good and provided assistance very quickly, and the goods themselves meet expectations, but your delivery provider needs to be reviewed. On each occasion we were also told the delivery would come one day, but it came the next.

Products are good value mid range product. I have bought several times from them. Customer service has deteriorated badly. One item missing, one overcharge and one item to return (failed after 4 years). My issue is hace emailed numerous times and only an auto reponse.

I purchased a toilet for my mum and there was an issue with the flush which was very weak and there not able to clear the waste etc. When I reported this to customers services, they said that I would have to upload a video showing that it doesn’t flush properly. How can you expect me to take a video of someone’s poo not flushing. Then apparently your technical team will will into it and get back to me. Instead we decided to buy another toilet so we lost £100. I also purchased the same toilet for myself and decided not to install and sold it on as at a loss. Really poor customer services

Majority of the products were faulty and had to be replaced or refunded Customer service is great - but a real shame of the quality of the products

Half our toilet was missing. Getting a replacement caused delays and extra cost. Some of the plumbing extras could not be used by our plumber as they said they were poor quality. There was a chip in our toilet when it eventually turned up. I emailed in to customer services about all of this and never heard back!! Poor quality and service overall.

Prices are ok but the delivery of goods accuracy is poor and sent damaged.

The quality of the bathroom suite, the fact we could not find a bath panel to fit the bath we bought from you, the toilet flush ( you have to keep your finger on the flush and flush many times to get rid of toilet paper!)

Goods were faulty and we were told a different amount of discount would be given on 2 seperate occasions and in the end they said this was also a mistake and we were not due a refund at all.

The tap that we purchased from you already has a small chip on the front of it. It's either faulty or not very good quality.

The toilet seat did not fit the unit ordered and when my fitter explained it to your customer care lady she was extremely unhelpful and refused to speak to him further. I then spoke with her and she was very unhelpful. Eventually she offered to send another seat, which was identical and hence still didn't fit. We had to go out and purchase our own seat in the end from another supplier in order to use the toilet! Also the dark grey finish on the unit easily scratches and it is white underneath! Very poor quality for the cost - would have expected much better.

Our original cabinet didn’t come, I called to find out how long it would be around 8 days in, she said I’d paid for 7-10 days. After a few more days I rang and he origional cabinet was kissing so did get another one ordered via next day deliveryz

You did not provide accurate information as to when the out of stock item would be available. In addition, your call centre pick up time is terrible! I e given up several times having waited half an hour plus for someone to answer the phone! Not good service.

1)I have been waiting several weeks for replacement handles for the bath I purchased. The original ones were of poor quality and would not attach securely to the studs on the bath.
