“The delivery was very prompt , there was some minor damage in transit to the bath panel , but Soak.com replaced it FOC immediately , its now all fitted and looking fantastic , Great prices , Quality goods and fast delivery . Very satisfied with the service overall. I will definitely be using Soak.com again for my next project .”

“Damaged goods on delivery. Twice had to be sent back. Delivery drivers van had box’s rolling round everywhere, footprints on boxes where he had been walking over them. Very unhappy as items are urgently needed for installation.”

“Good range of products at reasonable prices, but..... The products I ordered were classed as small items, so were an 'all day' delivery slot. I explained that the house they were being delivered to was empty so could the driver call to give an ETA on the day. TWICE, the telesales advisers promised to do this, but the driver never called. I ended up hanging around at home all day, only for the driver to drop it off with a neighbour. I know they are agency drivers, but other companies offer a 'track my driver' option which is great. Also, the music they play when on hold is absolutely dreadful, and the 3 times I called, I was on hold for between 5 and 15 minutes - NOT brilliant customer service!”

“If I could take Soak lower than a 1 I would. Lost my original order and took three days to tell me. My replacement order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and the following day when it did arrive it had been addressed to the wrong house so they wouldn’t give it to us. Absolute shambles!”

“It didn't; two broken toilet pans. Final pan didn't fit the cistern correctly so have ended up with a tilted cistern away from wall. Will replace with another make in the near future and scrap the soak unit. One of the radiators I ordered had misaligned connections so have got bent pipework underneath to make them fit. All cheap rubbish.”

“All the items we ordered came on time (apart from one item, which soak communicated well with us about), items as special as they appeared in photos & good quality. Shower head was a little larger than I had believed it would be, but works beautifully. Thank You soak, I would order from you again!”

“My Bath panel was damaged and it has still not been replaced even though I was promised it would be. I have cancelled the plumber twice and am now I've two weeks behind completing the bathroom. A review for the same bath on you website is exactly the same issues as I have had, so it would seem that you do not learn from your own mistakes.”

“When we had some issues with the units purchased, Soak were quick to replace, but needed several emails (which in the main went unanswered) and subsequent phonecalls to chase the refund. Overall, I am happy with the service.”

“nice and well made goods and speedy service. one piece of feedback - i emailed asking if my 2nd stage delivery was on route and didnt get a response - small thing, but manage expecations (wierdly the goods were despatched that day, just no email saying 'all is well')”
